Where a development needs to secure land for the delivery of such schemes, we identify opportunities through conducting land searches and landowner approaches. We advise on the level and terms of any offer, prepare the proposal and negotiate the deal.
We also advise on appropriate contractual structures for the delivery of such schemes, including engaging with suitable parties to deliver the physical works and ongoing management.
